Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy
By accessing, placing an order, or registering an account on NawabSMM, you automatically agree to and accept all terms and conditions listed below.
- Account Responsibility: Users and resellers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
- Service Agreement: By placing an order with NawabSMM, you automatically accept all terms of service listed below, whether you read them or not.
- Rate & Policy Changes: NawabSMM reserves the right to change service rates, descriptions, and terms of service at any time without prior notice.
The use of NawabSMM services to promote, boost, or distribute any unlawful or unethical content is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Anti-Religious & Sectarian Content: Promoting blasphemy, disrespecting religious figures, or generating hate speech and violence against any religion, belief, or sect.
- Illegal & Anti-State Activities: Content violating the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, encouraging terrorism, violent extremism, or threatening national security.
- Harmful & Adult Media: Adult content, explicit media, defamation, cyberbullying, or copyright-infringing material.
If any user or reseller is found engaged in prohibited content promotion:
- Immediate Termination: NawabSMM reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban the account without prior notice.
- Order Cancellation: All active, pending, or queued orders will be canceled without any refund or balance credit.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: Full compliance with government authorities, including providing user logs, order histories, IP logs, and transaction details to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) upon lawful requests.
- Link Accuracy: Users must ensure that submitted links/usernames are correct and public. Orders placed on private profiles, invalid links, or restricted accounts will be marked as completed or canceled without refund.
- Overlapping / Multiple Orders: Do NOT place multiple orders for the same target link simultaneously across different services or panels. Delivery counts will overlap, and NawabSMM will not refund or refill overlapping counts.
- Delivery Speed & Guarantees: Start times and speed estimates listed in service descriptions are indicative. External social media algorithm updates may cause temporary delays.
- Non-Refundable Balance: Deposit payments made to NawabSMM are strictly non-refundable to original payment channels (e.g., Jazzcash, Easypaisa, VCC, Crypto). Once deposited, funds must be used for services on the panel.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Opening a dispute, fraudulent chargeback, or claim via payment gateways (Binance, Payfast, local channels) will result in an immediate permanent ban and revocation of all delivered services.
- Order Cancellation Credit: If an order cannot be fulfilled by the system, the remaining balance will be automatically credited back to your NawabSMM panel balance.
- End-User Responsibility: Resellers utilizing NawabSMM API are directly responsible for the content submitted by their clients. Prohibited content rules apply equally to API orders.
- Rate Limits & Sync: Resellers must manage their API request rates to prevent server overload. Abuse of panel API endpoints may result in API key revocation.
- Platform Removals: NawabSMM is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or content removals executed by social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.) following service delivery.
- Downtime & Financial Losses: NawabSMM will not be liable for any financial losses or direct/indirect damages arising from service downtime or external API disruptions.
